This is too rich. The Tonight Show host Conan O'Brien invited William Shatner on his show to give Sarah Palin's resignation speech the literary treatment it deserves. Shatner reads it as poetry.
I love it. What do you think of The Tonight Show now that Conan O'Brien has taken the reigns? I was never a Jay Leno fan, so I'm tuning in more.

This performance is second only to "Mr. Tamborine Man," which concludes with an anguished cry you must sit through the entire "song" to hear.
My sister, who lives in Alaska, sent me this link this morning. Local residents watch it in stunned silence.
When properly delivered it even makes less sense.
