Here's Bush Tetras from the 80's. Check out that awesomely distorted guitar. That in itself is well worth the listen on this track, "Too Many Creeps."
And the Lower East Side of NYC, where Bush Tetras came from, keeps on producing awesome punk rockers. But, if Jeffrey Lewis is to be believed, the neighborhood is in the process of selling out to the yuppie scum. I've never been, but if there's anyone I trust it's a nihilist anti-folk star. Either way, this song is awesome.
