This morning is the hearing on the Employment Non-Discrimination Act of 2009, H.R. 3017, before the House Committee on Education and Labor. This hearing is crucial to ENDA's passage.

At the same time as the live webcast, we will be liveblogging below. You can chime in with your thoughts and comments, too. This should go until about noon or 1:00.
