I haven't posted about where you all are coming from in a while. Here's what Google tells me - darker green means more people visited Bilerico from that state in the past seven days.

More fun stats after the jump.

Here are the top 10 states (the first two are far ahead of the others):
And the top 10 cities:
And countries:
IE on Windows was the most popular browser this past week, almost tied with Firefox on Windows. The next three are Safari on Mac, Firefox on Mac, and Chrome on PC, in that order. Everything else is a fraction of those OS's and browsers (I use Chrome on Mac, which is #8. I remember a time when if me or Bil were on vacation or using a certain browser that it would significantly affect the site stats. Alas, no more).
Top 10 posts from this past week, based on views (and this is a combination of links, search engine traffic, and regular visitors, so take it in context):

C'mon, Alex, you can get geekier than that! How about a comparison of per capita visitors per state versus some measure how denigrated we are by our state laws? Or versus organic food consumption?
Hate to say it, Bilerico ... but based on your Top 10 Posts, if you want to go shamelessly for raw hits, I would say that Nathan needs to model some more underwear ... you know, Nathan, UnderGear sells some hot jockstraps and G-strings! ...
P.S. And no, Nathan, I am not a homewrecker! We'll be happy to check out your boyfriend, too!

Now you know why I put up a Google bait post occasionally, AJ... The sad part is that out of six of my posts that made the top 10, 5 are Google bait and another is a twitter feed. At least Jillian, Waymon and Becky all had real posts they wrote themselves!
Hi - just a tiny note- I am actually reading your site/posts from Mesa, Arizona.
@ alex - it would be neat to see the raw numbers of people per state visiting the site vs the total population of that state. that way we could get a top ten of states with the highest percentage of people per population visiting the site. i think it would give a much more interesting profile of who is coming to the site because the way youve mapped it out now, of course states with larger populations are going to be on top.
