If corporations are people now ... is that going to dissolve the IRS regulations that require corporations to pay taxes under rules different from individuals? Does that mean that individuals no longer have to be careful about what is a "personal living expense" and what is a "business expense"? Can corporations receive student loans, and can they declare the same housing tax credits that are now available to home buyers?
