Nothing that comes out of Janet Porter's (formerly Janet Folger) mouth surprises me at this point. Folger is the gay-hating, fire-and-brimstone-breathing head of Faith2Action who authored the fundamentalist tome "The Criminalization of Christianity" and is the former national director of the Center for Reclaiming America, the ultra right-wing religious group started by the late Rev. James Kennedy.
So you know what you're getting when she speaks.
Well, now Janet wants even more influence over the country. She wants to control ALL MEDIA. Watch as she prays to get even more fame and have a louder podium to spew her insanity.
Let's take a look at the newscast (which I've posted about before) you'd get from Folger if her prayers are answered after the jump. Hold on to your sanity!
Here's Janet in all her hate-filled, homophobic, racist glory ranting about Obama, gays, terrorism, women, and everything else she could throw in on her WorldNetDaily "newscast from a future we must never see."
She also had that winning rant called "Anita Bryant was right" on World Net Daily. And who can forget her reaction to the California decision for marriage equality, when Porter/Folger let loose the very scientific theory that gay marriage is a sign of the apocalypse.
Yeah. She's basically Pat Robertson with lipstick and a computer.
I'm sure we can consider this her audition reel for Faux News. Look for her soon on Fox & Friends in the Morning or maybe co-anchoring the "news" with Sarah Palin...

I believe I had recently heard that a great majority of radio stations were owned by christian groups.
the stations may not necessarily play music that would be consistent with what one would think,(rap,rock,)
I travel quite a bit, when well beyond a larger city try and find a non-jebus spewing station. doesn't happen.
even in the progressive states.
I pray in the name of all that is starchy and full of carbohydratey-goodness that you ole' wise FSM may strike down the unwashed sugars and fats of this country and the world with your Noodly appendages.
I pray that you oh FSM may gain power and influence over the High-Fructose Corn Syrup abberation that is the Food Network and bring about pasta-geddon upon the unrighteous followers of Monosodium Glutamate.
