This is the trailer for "Ticked off Trannies with Knives," set to play at the Tribeca Film Festival. GLAAD has a petition to get it pulled.

Hired Ron Gold as a consultant, did they?
Rumor is that the've signed Shirley Q. Liquor for the lead in their next film "The Life and Times of Bayard Rustin".
Since they're gay - no one could possibly find it offensive, right?
I wont speak to the offensiveness of the stereotypes lobbed around in that trailer like so much rice at a Presbyterian wedding... but that aside, it just looks like a dreadful piece of crap. Any "amusement" this thing might have wears itself in just the few moments of the trailer; I honestly cant imagine this going on for another 87 or so. Is the TFF now scraping the underside of the bottom of that proverbial barrel?
I couldn't even finish the trailer. I've been in situations where I was afraid for my physical safety because I'm trans, and my memories are too painful for this type of mockery.
Somewhere in there it appears that the film was hoping to make a strong comment along the lines of "Bash Back". It's just so awash in tastelessness that no one's going to get it.
Only 929 (including me) have signed GLAAD's petition thus far (7:30 AM Sat). It would be nice to see that number grow.
