According to the International Hanky Code, a white hanky means a preference for mutual masturbation. This is one of the few code colors in which the hankie may be placed in either left or right rear pocket with no passive/active nuance.

His tailor disapproved, and also was reluctant to provide zipper flies for pants, citing the danger of accidental mutilations. "Molly" is a much older term for effeminate and man-loving men.
There were a series of these cards as I have seen at least two others with this same drawn character. As to marselles looks like he is curling it. The character looks like a profile of "Alfred E. Newman" from my "Mad Magazine" youth, or was that college, yeah, college.
