It really really bothers me that schools are mandated to teach "intelligent design" as well as evolution. One is science - which has a place in schools. The other is belief in an invisible higher power - something appropriate for church or higher education classes like philosophy or religious education.
Teach it in Christian schools, if they'd like. But not in the public sphere.
