Russian President Dmitry Medvede told ABC's George Stephanopoulos that it's refreshing to be working with a "thinker" again now that Obama is in office. "He thinks before he speaks," the Russian President marvels before rushing to say that he won't name the American who didn't think so he didn't "offend anyone."
