I noticed that too. I dropped him an email about it. While I'm sure it wasn't anything nefarious intended, I think it's extremely important to include "gender identity" when talking about ENDA. :)
I didn't suspect anything nefarious. It just seems to get lost if a law affects trans people or not while simultaneously claiming "LGBT". So it can become confusing when people claim "LGBT" but then only discuss LGB.
Gheen's a moron. Graham's gutting the CIR bill and he's not going to ever vote for it. It's like Snowe, et al, did on health care. Gheen should grow up.

Safi forgets that it also protects gender identity. Unless he knows something we don't.

I completely agree. We need to make sure the language we use on these important laws is correct.
