Is it just me or does Lady Gaga's new Alejandro video look like she's throwing down the Madonna gauntlet? With so much of it a direct rip off of Madonna's videos all mushed into one, it looks like the Gaga is issuing notice that she's just as weird, just as talented, and here to stay. Damn shame she didn't do it with a better song.

My understanding is that the director of this video worked with Madonna in the past so I think it's a little bit of both: Gaga paying homage and the auteur style of Klein.

I enjoyed the visuals, but I'll be damned if I know what the song is about.

You did not just criticize Gaga! Beware her "Little Monsters" are going to get you.

HUGE MADONNA RIP-OFF!! Plus, did ya notice that all of Gaga's songs sound the same??
