I'm guessing that this is Monterrey, CA & not Monterrey, Mexico, pero yo no se. The title is in Spanish & Gaga is international for sure.
The countdown at the beginning is also in Spanish. I'd say this is more likely Monterrey, Mexico. (Plus Monterey, CA has only one "r".)
Do we know what they were protesting? The title of the video says "contra la discriminación" but was there something in particular?
