First off, as a Canadian, I'm ashamed this happened in a city like Toronto and delighted that the neighbours told the holy rollers to take a hike and move on.
Second, it looks like it's around sunset. Perhaps the mouthpieces-o-God needed some additional light for their quest to righteousness? Perhaps a burning cross?
