Antique photo (1908) of a handsome naked photographer cleverly posed behind an antique camera. Anyone else wondering if if the person who took the photo was also naked?

Probably not safe for work so it's after the jump.

Hmmmm... I'm sensing the person under the drape is light brown-skinned, and I note no tan lines.
Thus, the person under the drape is probably most always naked? Given the rocky, wooded terrain (the bank of a river?), I'm guessing this could be a primitive Amazonian under the drape, probably checking out the camera of an early anthopologist? Thus, the anthropologist is taking this natives' picture with another camera. And given the victorian mindset of a 1908 anthropologist; I'm guessing he (the photographer) was indeed clothed.

Great photo. I wonder: didn't men often swim in the nude when women were not around at this point in time?

I don't know if "handsome" is the right word, but he's got a nice butt. :)

Or if the person who was in the photo that the photographed photographer was taking was naked?
