I have no idea what's going on here. Could be a costume party but judging by some of the chaps in the back row, it certainly seems like they feel altogether at home in their garb. Not sure why the front row of women are holding dolls either. Could this be a relic from a private lesbian party 100 years ago? If you have any ideas, please let us know!
