President Obama held a meeting in the Oval Office on Nov 29 with the Joint Chiefs and Secretary of Defense about the repeal of Don't Ask Don't Tell. The White House sent over these pictures from the meeting. Clickety to embiggen.

Is the Marine jackal who spoke out against his Commander-in-Chief, and thereby violated the Uniform Code of Military Justice, and two-plus centuries of chain-of-command, the one on the right?

I suspect it is. 'Cause that asshat looks like he was just asked to kiss his dog.

Poof be gone, Commandant.

Do you think he asked each one how do you FEEL about the repeal or this is what I want done?

Cannon Fodder. GLBT votes in 2012.

Don't enlist. Don't fight. Don't murder civilians. Don't help those murdering civilians by translating or being in the armed forces.

Support Bradley Manning.

um...Lets call this "Photo OP 2010 version 1" and "Photo OP 2010 version 2" and sell them for a nickle each....yeahhhhh....

So they had a photo op to show that they talked about DADT Repeal. Goody.

Did they sing Kumbya afterwards?

No, Gina, it's Christmastime -- they sang "Let There Be Peace On Earth, And Let It Begin With Me" ...

I'm confused. Were these pics taken today or Nov 29?

Fixed. Thanks Sean.

I misread the e-mail and skimmed the caption. I should have caught that. The meeting was on the 29th of November.

LOL, I just revisited the post and saw the correction and was begining to doubt myself and feel stupid.

Oh please Sean give Bil some slack. He saw all those big boys in uniform and lost his concentration.

I wonder what they discussed, since it seems this issue has been hashed and rehashed so many times.

Great show. That's politics.
