What week isn't complete without a video of cute and half-naked boys lipsynching to a Katy Perry number? Let's start this one off with the Princeton swim team and a teenage dream.

There, don't you feel refreshed and ready to start the work week?

I guess the rumors are true. Swim teams are full of teh gay. The irony would have been improved had they lip synched to the Darren Criss version.

Oohhh... that's a Katy Perry song. Huh. Learn something new every day.

A bunch of white boys with no rythym. Fantastic.

I know, right? No rhythm at all. Maybe those are the straight swimmers? Oh, wait. I've got no rhythm either, so it's not the gay genes in action!

That's so gay! And not, too. Can you imagine any sports team that would do that even a few years ago?

How very refreshing after reading the dishing and trashing of the Oscars by all those jaded cynics who wouldn't miss the Academy Awards show if a member of their immediate family was being buried.

The crowd in the shower toward the end was more than a handful ... and thus we can assume that a lot of guys had to agree to participate in this for it to turn out as well as it did -- not to mention that separate video takes had to be directed and edited by someone who knew what they were doing, in order to keep the motion in beat with the music ...

Let's assume some of these guys are gay and some are straight ... and then we can only conclude that straight guys of college age today are developing a better sense of camp humor than their predecessors ... so let's at least give them credit for that.

But damn! ... I was born way too early! ...

Funny you should mention this. I just read "Teenage Dreams: Masculinity and Katy Perry" in The Huffington Post.

Haha. Fun stuff. Swim teams just can't keep their clothes on - I remember at my high school when they went running in their speedos.
