I love this vintage image and the expression on her beautiful face. Her lips are amazing. The photo looks like it might be from the 1950s, but since there was no information to accompany it, I'm left wondering if she was at a party or a club, where and when, and who took the photo.

Probably not...

You just made me look up a picture of J. Edgar Hoover (J-Hoov, as his friends knew him). Yeah, I don't see the resemblance either.
