I almost couldn't believe my eyes when I found this wondrous image from the late 19th century. Boys and girls together and yet apart and yet... oh my goodness.
It's so rare for photos of explicit male-on-male sex to survive. I almost wish I could shove it in the faces of the Victorian scientists who did so much to marginalize and demonize anyone who didn't stick to the reproductive standard.
Did Freud ever have this much fun in bed?

There is a wonderful site called BigKugels.com that sells prints of vintage same-sex erotica. It ranges from the late 19th century thru the 1970's. You should check it out. There is an abundance of 50's beefcake photo's from a wide variety of studios. Those are my favorites.
