"This is catastrophic. This has never happened before, and we have been doing this since 1989. They didn't want these folks to go out."

- Chuck Huser, longtime Pride float provider for Chicago's Pride parade. Saturday night dozens of tires on floats for the city's event were slashed. Many have said they believe the action to be a hate crime against the local LGBT community.

So sad!! With Pride events all over the Globe, who would have thought something like this would have happened in Chicago!? But, I guess there had to be some attacks somewhere, at least it was "just" vandalism and not physical violence. The good news is, They can't stop Pride!!!
