Gawd, I want this lawsuit to be heard so bad. I want to see David Boies and Ted Olson defend Gay parents and Gay Americans against this kind of hate-talk. This kind of lying-crap needs to be heard in court. Every time homophobes exhale lies about Gay Americans, they need to be dragged into court and the merits of their lies discussed openly. They should be put under the microscope of cross examination by the likes of Boies-Olson. They had their chance at the Prop Hate8 trial. Where were they then? After scrutiny of their defamation and smears are challenged in court, the homophobes might be less apt to spout off their faith-based-filth. We need to begin with the Pope and his subordinates, clear down to his parish level, pedophile priests.

This is a suit that seriously needs to be prosecuted so that the hate can come oozing out just in time for the elections. It also needs to cost them a whole lot of money so they will have less to give to the Teaparties.
