Everything about this ca. 1900 photo strikes me as perfect and delicate, from the blush on their cheeks to the detailed box (chocolate? or is that a posy sticking out?), the fabrics, and those gorgeous coifs. Whatever photographers did back then, they produced some of the finest erotic vignettes the world has ever seen.
