"Anthony and I have worked tirelessly for the entire length of our relationship to make sure that he has been in legal status. --Anthony John Makk, a citizen of Australia, who was denied permanent status last month based on DOMA despite his same-sex marriage to a U.S. citizen, whose visa will expire Aug. 25, but who may obtain relief from the recent Obama administration decision to review on a case-by-case basis over 300,000 pending deportations, which will reportedly take account of same sex relationships.
