A Russian province has decided to make "the public promotion of homosexuality" illegal after religious leaders clamored for the law. Just as in America, they gave it a wholesome sounding name to mask the bigotry behind it. Defense of Marriage Act meet Measures to Protect the Morals and Health of Children.
