Were you one of the thousands of LGBT people nationwide breathlessly anticipating Chaz Bono's debut on Dancing with the Stars? No? Well here's your chance to see the cha-cha everyone is talking about today.

So what do you think? Can he dance?! (With all the pressure that's been on him to perform, I'm surprised the ad following his whirl around the stage wasn't for Cialis. Talk about putting in terms the Average Joe can understand...)

Video of that other member of the LGBT community after the break. What's his name? No, not Nancy Grace! Oh yeah - Carson Kressley. (Hint: he's a better dancer.)

He had a lot of decent footwork in the beginning, but the judges hate it when they separate and when the contestant just stands there, which he did at the end. No more of that if you want to keep going, Chaz! Still, it was quite good!

Carson's steps are oddly high. Either he's nervous or trying to do a Jagger impersonation, but it's distractingly bad. His footwork int he faster parts is a lot more precise, though. Overall, Chaz's routine looks better, but I think Carson may have the better footwork so far.

I have no eye for dancing, but the judges seemed to really like Chaz, and he was charming as hell, so I'd call it a good job. :)

Agreed. I don't think Carson was that much better, but (referencing luminum above), it killed it for me with Chaz when he stood there doing nothing. I hope he moves on so we can see him perform with less stress/nerves. That dance had to be nerve jangling with all the attention that's been paid to his inclusion.
