You know things have gone to hell in a handbasket when noted bigot and homophobe Pat Robertson says that the Republican base has become too extreme. In a segment about Herman Cain's flip-flopping on abortion, Robertson calls the primary voters demands that candidates take "extreme" positions on social issues, "the game for losers."

D: Pat Robertson is saying someone else is extreme? Like "DUUUUDE! Thats such an extreme stance to take on that gnarly thang!"
No?
Well I hope he gives that 540 one more try with a handstand thown in for good measure.
Is Pat Robertson still alive? Mercy!
Wow. To be fair, though, he's not disagreeing with them on substance -- just on strategy.
Exactly. His only concern is getting a Republican elected, by deceit if necessary.
Which, btw, is what we're told Obama is doing as well ('he's actually for marriage equality, wink wink...; Obama's compromises are just political ploys to push Republicans further to the right, etc...).
The only 'truth' I've found in our political world is a very simple one - just follow the money. Everything else is just gaming...
Pat Robertson: ... The GOP has created a monster ... and YOU helped!
P.S. But at least, Rev. Robertson, I congratulate you for finally figuring out that America is a democracy.
