Here's a video of a college rugger coming out to his team, on MTV. The nervousness on the part of Nevin, the rugby player, is intense.

The rugby players I knew in college were pretty cool and the stadium I run at has a few rugby teams that practice there. But I care too much about my teeth to ever play.

Wow...
Anti gay straight people could learn a lot from this. That their hysteria, trepidations, anything...are all learned and can be unlearned. In fact, there is no NEED to learn them at all. That what matters is that a gay person is still a person first, with the potential to be a good friend, colleague, child...
Nothing has to change from knowing or not knowing a person is gay, except that there was never anything to fear.
Not. Ever.
