These commercials from Argentina highlighting anti-LGBT injustice have been surfacing this week, but if you haven't seen them, take a look! They're really incredibly well-produced videos that get to the heart of the issues that matter - the everyday discrimination that often goes underreported. They were put out by the Observatory for the Promotion of Sexual Diversity Rights in Salta, a province in the north of the country, but Andrés Duque, who keeps a close eye on the Latin American LGBT scene, only recently discovered them on Blabbeando. Check one of them out here, and see the other after the jump.

I've written about it before, but in the Spring of 2010, the semester before Argentina pushed through marriage equality, I studied abroad in Buenos Aires, and I was always amazed at the incredible visibility of the LGBT community. These advertisements, once again, are a powerful way to extend that visibility and illustrate the daily injustices that LGBT people face.
