-- From a New York Times article about the member of Congress who has missed the most votes this year - Republican Representative Don Young of Alaska. Congressman Young is the top lazybones if you don't count those who are running for President or Congresswoman Giffords, who was severely wounded during an assassination attempt. Rep Young has missed 16% of all votes in Congress.
