How Do You Reconcile That?

?"You adamantly oppose gay rights... but you've also been married three times and admitted to having an affair with your current wife while you were still married to your second. As a successful politician who's considering running for president, who would set the bar for moral conduct and be the voice of the American people, how do you reconcile this hypocritical interpretation of the religious values that you so vigorously defend?"

- Isabel Friedman, president of the Penn Democrats, to Newt Gingrich

I'm so glad someone finally put it to him! I wonder what his reply to her was. How can he reconcile his atrocious behavior? This still proves to me, again and again, how same-sex marriage is a wedge issue and that these immoral politicians obviously don't give a crap for "protecting traditional marriage." Unless traditional marriage, to them, is cheating on your wife, inviting young boys to hotel rooms, and groping the women on your staff.
