Remember Airman Randy Phillips? He's the "regular guy" who posted a video of his call to his father to come out as gay after the repeal of Don't Ask, Don't Tell. Well, he's decided to participate in this year's AIDS/LifeCycle - the AIDS fundraising bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles - after an exchange with WeHo-based filmmaker Ryan James Yezak. Phillips has set a goal of raising $10,000 and is asking for help.
