IN Senator Lugar Doesn't Live in Indiana

Senator Lugar hasn't lived in Indiana since 1977 and bills taxpayers for hotel rooms when he returns. Democrats and his Tea Party opponent are making hay out of the issue, of course. The Constitution says that all Senators must live in the state they represent. Lugar is using a little known loophole in Indiana law to continue serving.
