"GLAAD has concocted and is militantly pushing an opinion based framework that unravels public understanding, promotes transsexual-phobia and even impedes and erodes our legislative advancements and medical rights... This colonialism of transsexualism by gay and transgender ideology groups is irresponsible, psychologically abusive, sexist, and detrimental to the mental and physical health of people born with transsexualism. We've had enough."

-- From a press release announcing that transsexual gadfly activist Ashley Love would be protesting outside of GLAAD's LA Media Awards last weekend. Frequent commenter Cristan Williams deconstructs Love's latest bullshit bouquet on TransAdvocate while Autumn Sandeen, a journalist covering the event, notes that Love sat at a table at the starstudded gala but didn't protest at all.
