If you thought this morning's video ad for Miroslav underwear was creepy, their print ads aren't any less disturbing. They alternate between using men and women with their heads in guy's trousers - and another video ad is even eerier than the one I showed you this morning with a dwarf chasing a power walker all over town so he can stick his face in the walker's ass. (It's after the break for the bold of heart.)

• "People like Jenna [Talackova], [11 year old trans girl] Jazz and Chaz [Bono] have brought familiar faces to the fight of a community that, until recent years, has been widely portrayed as freakish," says The Daily. They've conducted a roundtable interview of several trans people about the evolving media portrayals of the trans community and issues.

• Scientists have discovered that "people who strongly value authority and tradition" are more likely to use the excuse that same-sex marriage will harm heterosexual ones. They don't mean their own. They think their marriage is just fine; it's "other people" who will be so influenced by the freedom to marry that they'll file for divorce. It's a common psychological occurrence called "third-person perception."
• Can you imagine looking at online porn for the first time and the movie you pick to watch shows your wife having sex with another man while you've been married? This Egyptian guy can.
• Protect All NC Families has received a $100,000 matching grant from a straight couple who want to protect the state's freedom to marry. For every dollar you give, they'll do the same. Go. Do it. Can you imagine what a message it will send if a Southern State is the first to reject an amendment at the ballot box?
