The GOP has put out a new ad showing Vice President Biden laughing at Paul Ryan during last night's debate. They try to show that the administration doesn't take their job seriously, but since they included Ryan talking while Biden giggles, they've only proven that, yes, what he was saying was, in fact, laughable.
