Minnesota Vikings punter Chris Kluwe has recorded a fantastic radio ad slamming the state's proposed constitutional marriage amendment. In a marked change for the usual stuffy "look at these two grandmas talking about their lesbian daughters who both have 2.5 special needs kids that no one else would adopt" ads our side seems to embrace, Kluwe continues his legacy of blunt, acerbic, and humorous language to push his point.

Some on our side are already pulling out the "This will hurt us!" canard. "He says lustful cockmonster on the radio!" I, for one, welcome the change of pace.

The ad will be played on morning radio shows, sports channels, and the like. It's obviously not aimed at "family" stations, so save me the handwringing.
