-- Rhode Island Governor Lincoln Chafee in an editorial for the New York Times today on why he will sign the state's marriage equality bill this afternoon. Chafee announced his support for same-sex marriage in 2004 as a Republican Senator and voted against a proposed constitutional amendment.
