Yeah, it's that nice.
It starts with a conventional (albeit gorgeous)-looking, all-male, tuxedo-clad bell sextet. They finish their song and put down their bells as the audience politely applauds. Then the handbell table is pulled away, revealing that the performers are wearing nothing but Joe Boxer underwear below their jackets.
Then the real show begins: the hunky men shake their butts back and forth to the tune of "Jingle Bells." Since they're wearing boxers, of course, their (ahem) holiday packages shake too.
The Huffington Post explains for any subtlety-impaired readers who may not get the joke: "The typical interpretation of their actions is that the men's testicles are swinging in their shorts, thus creating the bell sounds."
Clever, huh? Judging by the comments on Kmart's Facebook page, the Joe Boxer commercial has elicited the predictable self-righteous harumphs and moralistic pearl-clutching from the puritanical set, and smiles of enjoyment from those of us who possess senses of humor but lack sticks up our posteriors.
