"John Doe has a sincerely held religious belief and conviction that homosexuality is wrong and immoral, and he wanted to address that value conflict because his unwanted same-sex attractions and gender confusion are contrary to the fundamental religious values that he holds."

-- An excerpt from a lawsuit filed by a New Jersey couple, challenging New Jersey's ban on fraudulent "ex-gay reparative therapy" in federal court. They claim their constitutional rights are being violated because they're no longer able to subject their 15-year-old son to this discredited, abusive "treatment" for homosexuality that falsely claims to change people from gay to straight.
