sabrina-franco.jpgSabrina Franco, a four-year-old girl from Sydney, Australia, is the country's newest -- and perhaps youngest -- marriage equality warrior.

When she learned that two of her mother's friends, Lukas and Greg, had to leave the country and fly all the way to New York City to get married because they couldn't do it in Australia, Sabrina decided to do something about it. So she sharpened her colored pencils, took out her Disney Princess writing paper, and penned a letter to Prime Minister Tony Abbott asking him to please support equal marriage rights for same-sex couples.

While she was at it, Sabrina asked Abbott not to cut funds to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, the country's public broadcaster.

Her letter reads:

Dear Tony Abbott,

Don't get rid of the ABC because we love it. And let boys marry boys and girls marry girls if they love each other or they'll be sad forever.

Thank-you.

Sabrina.

While a majority of Aussies support marriage equality, Prime Minister Abbott has remained stubbornly opposed. Who knows, maybe little Sabrina's letter will be just what it takes to change his mind.

A photo of Sabrina's letter is after the jump.
