Watch Members of Congress Read Lines from 'House of Cards'

congress-house-of-cards.jpgTourists visiting Washington, D.C. this holiday weekend may have noticed that the streets are a little emptier than usual. That's because practically everyone in the city is holed up in their apartments, binge-watching the just-released second season of the Emmy Award-winning Netflix political thriller House of Cards. The city is obsessed (and that includes Michael and me, as well as Bil and Jerame).

Apparently, House of Cards fever extends all the way to the halls of Congress. Check out this new video from Now This News's Ashley Codianni featuring actual members of Congress from both sides of the aisle reading lines from the show. It's awesome.
