self-loathing? gay man, expressed his opposition to marriage equality in an interview last week with The Scotsman. Coburn has been in a committed relationship with another man for more than 30 years. Unfortunately for him -- but fortunately for the rest of Scotland's LGBT community -- the country legalized same-gender marriage in February and Queen Elizabeth II assented to the law the following month.
