You've seen Dave Evans's amazing compilations of vintage news footage of the gay civil rights movement of the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s. Now he's out with the next chapter, looking at major stories of the LGBT rights movement from 2000 to the present day.

From Lawrence v. Texas in 2003 to United States v. Windsor in 2013; from George W. Bush's attempt at a federal marriage discrimination amendment to President Obama's repeal of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell;" from marriage equality in Massachusetts to the passage of Proposition 8; and from Jason Collins to Michael Sam, it's all here.

Watch, enjoy, share, and honor our history. Oh, and share your thoughts in the comments section. For Dave's previous videos I've asked what stories you remember, but since this is all recent history, I'll ask a different question: are there any other LGBT stories you think should have been included?
