Bo has spent the last eight years on the front of both electoral and advocacy politics. From being a member of the Gore election team in Florida in 2000 to being on the staff of HRC from the Lawrence decision through the 2006 Marriage Amendments, Bo somehow finds himself engaged in some of the hottest political fights.

Bo brings a slightly different perspective to the Bilerico Project with his involvement with the Bear community. Finding acceptance as a Democrat after growing up in Orange County, CA was almost as challenging as finding acceptance within the gay community as someone more favorable to a burger and fries than anything made of tofu.

He and his partner of six years live in Columbus, OH.
