A quick look around Indiana tidbits that you shouldn't miss...

  • Steph Mineart's guest post apparently made some waves. Talk show host Abdul Hakim-Shabazz questioned Elrod this morning on his radio show. For what it's worth, Elrod has told me he's not gay too. I know a way he could win my vote though, if he's willing "switch parties."
  • Jill Long Thompson put out a statement on improving Indiana's economy. Thompson has been endorsed by EMILY's List and got a $100,000 donation recently from the group. Thompson has publicly stated that she supports civil unions for Hoosiers.
  • 2nd Congressional district candidate Tony Zirkle has gone batshit crazy. The GOP candidate is now advocating a return to segregation. I hope he counts gays and we get Hawaii, but you know we'd end up in someplace like North Dakota.
