Now that the US Supreme Court has put a stay on cameras in the federal courthouse for the Prop 8 trial (including delayed YouTube videos and satellite watching locations) for at least three days, the only way you can keep up to date while it's happening is via Twitter.

I've picked some of the folks who are tweeting the trial and put them into a widget so you can follow along as it happens. Widget after the jump to keep it from slowing down the load time for the front page.

Nice! Thank you for this!

Leave it to the Advocate to clutter a twitter feed about Prop 8 with hollywood drivel...

The spam is getting old; is there any way to cut the feed down to just those who are actually there? chrisgeidner seems to just be re-tweeting others who are on the feed already.

Done. Thanks for letting me know, Jasen. There's not much I can do about the Advocate feed since they also use it to post about their articles, but it's 90% Prop 8 trial.

Can't we kick the advodonkey out? It's really distracting and annoying.
