Fascinating and collectible relic of gay history, this vintage photo of Judge Harrold Carswell, selling on eBay right now.

Had to wiki him to find out why the vendor listed "gay interest" in the title, and very glad I did. Turns out that G. Harrold Carswell was a (failed) Supreme Court Nominee of the Nixon era who was later busted for sexual battery against a decoy cop in a men's room. In some political quarters, this makes Carswell the first gay or bisexual man nominated to the country's highest court.

Here's Carswell and his family before the scandals.

The second guy in the back row seems like he'd follow in his father's footsteps. Just sayin'.
