Army of Lovers was a Swedish pop group from the late 80's wasn't a huge musical success in the US at the time, but their dramatic and fun videos have been preserves for posterity on YouTube. Here's "Crucified."

This is "Obsession."

Here's a live performance of "Israelism," and, you know, go them.

One of my favorite youTube clips of Jean-Pierre Barda, one of the singers, in a condom PSA can't be embedded off YouTube. But it's really cute.

"Crucified" is one of my favorite songs. I wore that tape out in the early 90s. I bought the CD single a long time ago to have all the dance mixes. :)

I miss the 80s. It was so okay to go over the top.
