From 1974, when free love was still free and progressives still believed that sexual liberation would cure this country of its repressive attitudes. I don't think any of us free love/hippie types who were around in the 70s could imagine that 40 years later, nudity, gay sex, and other normal sexual behaviors would still be demonized. Color me sad.

Great image!

That's a fascinating image. It would be interesting to read an interview with one of the models now (maybe one of the two on the end) and find out what their experience was like posing for this work.
